Returns
Returns are accepted for Spare parts ONLY - Items returned must be unused and in original condition, and may be subject to a re stocking fee subject to suppliers policies.Obviously if we are measuring and installing, we will accept all responsibility, till the point the installtion is complete. In the unlikely event we miss measure, we will happily rectify any errors at our cost.
We cannot accept returns for any glass or windows made to customer specifications. Please ensure your measurements are exact, and if nescessary get a proffesional to check this. Once glass has left our premises we accept no responsibility for cracks or breakages - glass is very brittle, and easily broken, please handle with care, as there is NO guarantee, other than for internal scaling within sealed units ( 5 yrs )
All our major window installtions come with a 10yr insurance backed gurantee, and FENSA certified.
